It’s lovely to meet you!
Gloria Zambrano
I found therapy at a time when I was stretched thin and running on empty. It became a space where I could finally slow down, name what I was feeling, and feel supported without having to hold everything together. That experience stayed with me and reshaped how I understood my own needs.
It’s what brought me into this work. I wanted to offer others the same steady, compassionate support that helped me reconnect with myself.
As a bilingual therapist and a minority in this field, I value representation and cultural understanding. I know how important it is to sit with someone who truly gets it, and I aim to offer that kind of space for my clients.
Therapeutic Approach
In our work together, my focus is on helping you understand yourself with more clarity and compassion. We’ll explore what you’re feeling, what you’re needing, and the patterns that show up in your life and relationships. I’ll support you in slowing down, tuning in, and making sense of what’s been hard to carry on your own.
Whether you come as an individual or as a couple, therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in real-life tools.
I’ll help you build practical skills, communicate more honestly, and reconnect with the parts of yourself—or each other—that may feel shut down, overwhelmed, or unheard. Together, we create a space where you can feel grounded, supported, and more in control of your emotional world.
